Areas of focus

What I help with

Anxiety and OCD

When worry, overthinking, or compulsions take up more space than you want. We build practical ways to respond differently.

Couples and relationships

When conflict or distance keeps returning. We work on communication, trust, and reconnecting.

Life transitions, grief, and self-esteem

When you’re finding your footing after a change or questioning yourself.

Therapy approach

A space to feel safe, seen, and supported.

I see therapy as a space where we slow things down together and make sense of what you’re carrying, rather than something you have to figure out alone. I will always meet you with care and curiosity, and while I move at your pace, I’m also not afraid to gently challenge patterns or offer structure when it feels supportive.

We look at the patterns in how you connect with the people closest to you.Attachment-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy
You learn to make room for hard thoughts and feelings without letting them run the show.Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
We build practical skills for facing what anxiety tells you to avoid.CBT- and ERP-informed

I also welcome clients drawn to mindfulness-based and mind-body approaches.

What colleagues say about Sage.

Endorsements are from professional colleagues, not clients.

I admire Sage’s rare balance of softness and structure. She knows when someone needs compassion and room to unfold — and when a gentle challenge may help them move. Her care feels deeply personal, intuitive, and grounded.
